Description of Work:
I am applying for a home occupation accessory permit to operate my business Ammosmith, LLC. I am
applying for a FFL-06 to manufacture bullets (projectiles only). This process does not use toxic or hazardous
materials of any kind. The process involves using a hand operated press that mounted to a table. It does not
use chemicals, electricity, does not give off any hear or vapors of any kind. It does not make noise, emit light
or create vibrations of any kind. This business will be for local gun stores and internet sales only. There will
NOT be a point pf sales here. I will be using the United States Post Office and the UPS Store to mail product
out from internet sales. There will not be any parcel pick up from the residence. I will have no employees of
any kind therefore parking will not be required ever. I will be using a 8'x10' room to manufacture the
projectiles or 80 square feet in the lower portion of the residence. I will be operating 8am-5 pm Monday
through Saturday. There will be no explosives or hazardous chemicals used for the manufacturing process
whatsoever. This will be a artisan craft product produced at the residence.
