RE: Property line adjustment for Precision Storage
To Whom It May Concern:
We are submitting the attached request to comply with the city's request to
consolidate two pieces of property into one. The city has asked that this process be
completed prior to the design review and Certificate of Zoning Compliance.
Our neighbor to the west, Corey Barton is also deeding a small sliver of property in our
southeast corner that is of no benefit or consequence to either projects.
This request is being done to comply with the request of the City of Meridian.
