Re: 1625 E. Bentley Drive – Property Boundary Adjustment
Dear Bill,
We are submitting our Property Boundary Adjustment application in conjunction with the CZC/DR
application for the property located at 1625 E. Bentley Dr., in Meridian Idaho. Nuedesign Architects is
handling the application and coordination on the CZC submittal.
The property was approved for Annexation and Rezone to C-C zoning with a Development Agreement and
was recorded on 11/19/2020 as Instrument No. 2020-158710. The property boundary adjustment will adjust
Parcels S1117325477 and S1117325479 to be approximately half of an acre each, as discussed previously.
Our current submittal for the CZC is for development on the southerly property for our new building. The
remaining parcel will be developed in the future per the DA.
