I don't see that it makes, that we have to jump the hoops every way that we go. I think the motion that was on the table actually covers it. Crookston: Thank you Morrow: I will leave the motion standing. Corrie: Is there a second? Rountree: Second Corrie: You have heard the motion made by Mr. Morrow, second by Mr. Rountree on the decision, any further comment or discussion? Hearing none, all those in favor of this decision motion say aye? Opposed? MOTION CARRIED: 3 Yea, 1 Nay Corrie: Entertain a motion for an ordinance to be drawn up by the City Attorney. Morrow: So moved Rountree: Second Corrie: Motion has been made by Mr. Morrow, second by Mr. Rountree to have the Attorney draft up an ordinance from findings of facts, all those in favor say aye? Opposed? MOTION CARRIED: All Yea ITEM #10: FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW FOR A GROUP DAY CARE BY KATHLEEN LAWRENCE: Corrie: Council you have that conditional use before you now. Rountree: I have a typo on page 10, item C, fifth line down, should read other similar hours that the department (inaudible) Corrie: Okay, any further corrections? Hearing none I will entertain a motion for the findings of fact and conclusions of law. ~;" ~. . 8 Meridian City Council April 2, 1996 Page 24 Rountree: Mr. Mayor I move that the Meridian City Council hereby adopts and approves, these findings of fact and conclusions. . Tolsma: Second Corrie: Motion made by Mr. Rountree, second by Mr. Tolsma to approve the findings of fact and conclusions of law with the one correction,. roll call vote. ROLL CALL VOTE: Morrow - Yea, Bentley - Yea, Rountree -Yea, Tolsma - Yea MOTION CARRIED: All Yea Rountree: Mr. Mayor, I move that the Meridian City Council hereby decides that the conditional use permit requested by the applicant described in the application with conditions of approval set forth in the findings of fact and conclusions of law and that the property be required to meet the requiremetns stated in these conditions of law, the fire and sewer requirements, the fire and life safety codes, uniform fire code and other ordinances of the City of Meridian. The conditional use should be subject to review upon notice to the Applicant by the City. Tolsma: Second Corrie: Motion made by Mr. Rountree, second by Mr. Tolsma, all those in favor? Opposed? MOTION CARRIED: All Yea Crookston: Since the applicant is here I think it should be stated that the findings say that the City would review it in 6 months. (Inaudible) Crookston: Review the entire application. (Inaudible) Crookston: It says you don't have any restrictions. Rountree: You do as far as pick up and delivery.
