Dear Mr. Berg,
Please accept this letter as an amendment to my original application. Our first request was
-- - ---- . --- - - -- for a Conditional Use Permit for a Day Care Center ofthirteen-or more children. This
center will be located in my home at 525 E. Wakely Street, Meridian.
This amendment is for a Conditional Use Permit for a Group Day Care for six to twelve
children.
I ask that you review the facts that have been submitted and make note that the main
objection to our application was the number of children being requested. We feel that all
criteria has been met, and hope that an in-home Day Care ofthe smaller size will be
approved.
