SBCTION I. That the Treasurer of the City of Meridian is
hereby authorized to inve st the sujn of $9.000.00 from the
Special. Reserve Aceount of the 1^iatcr-Sewer Revenue Speeial Fund
ot 1955 in United SLates Treasury Bonds, 4E or better irrterest
bearilg, naturity date not less than ten years and said
l,reasurer j-s authori-zed to purchase said tonds at the existing
market rate and out of the total su,'il of $9,000.00 plus costs pay the
costs of purchase.
SECT ION 2. That this investment is made as authorized by
Ordinance t{o. 75 of Lhe Clty of l"lelidian and under authority of
Section 57 -6OL, Ida.ho Code.
SECTION 3. IIHEREAS, there is an energensy therefor, which
emergency is declared to exist, this Ordjrance shall take effect
and be ln force from and after its passage, approval ard publica-
