SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful to apply or l,o use hypno s1sfor stage or parlor enteltaiment or for public demonstrations.
?he use or appficati-on of hypnosis sha11 be limited to licensed and
quali-fied doctors of nedicile, dentistry and psycholory, prov:-ded
houever, that the use of hJrpnosis by quallfied and licensed psycho-
logists shall be done only under the supervicion of a licensed
doctor of medicile.
SECTION 2. DEFINIT ION 0I' TffiI,lS. The teno rrdoctor of r,redici:retr,
arLd ltdoctor of dentisbrytt as herein used shall be in accordance
w'ith the gtandards required by Titlu 5/,, Chapter tr8 and Title J{,
Chapter 9p Idaho Code. The term npsl,chologyrt and Psycholigistn
