This form is submitted to you, in duplicate, so that you may retain the original for your fles and usethe duplicate to advise the depositing unit of the amount that they may keep on deposit in The Idaho FirstNational Bank. The following three paragraphs may be of assistance to you.
PLEDGE OF TRUST RECEIPTS
when trust reeeipts are submitted to the county Auditor, he should sign all three copies retaining theoriginal for his files and return the duplicate and triplicate copies to us.
RELEASE OF TRUST RECEIPIS
when trust receipts are to be r"eleased the county Autlitor should sign the release on the original trustreceipt in his files and return it to us. In the event there have been any withdrawal and substitution certifi-cates filed refening to the particular trust receipt to be released, they should also be returned with the orig-inal trust receipt.
WITHDRAWAL AND SUBSTITUTION CERTIFICATES
when withdrawal and substitution certificates are submitted to the county Auditor he should sign allthree copies' retaining the original for his files and return the duplicate and triplicate copies to us. The orig-inal trust receipt referred to on the withdrawal and substitution certificates should not be returned to us, butretained in the Auditor's file until such time as the originar trust receipt itself is released.
TO THE BRANCH MANACEF AND THE DEPOSITING UNIT:
Occasionally a County Auditor will wish the Depositing Unit to approve the transaction when we ask forthe release of a trust receipt. In these few cases this form may be prepare. by typing in the Depositing Unitsname on the line across from the word APPROVED. when this is necessary this form should first be given tothe Depositing Unit.in duplicate so that both copies may be signed and returned to the bank and sent to theCounty Auditor for. eompletion.
