THIS AGREEMENT, entered into ihis .@_doy of Jun 19 55 between
the City of Merldlon , o municipol corporotion, orgonized ond existing
under ond by virtue of the lows of the Stote of ldoho , porty of the first port;
ond Sterling Codifiers, on unincorporoted ossociotion of Weiser, ldoho, offilioted with the
ldoho Municipol Leogue, hereinofter colled the porty of the second port;
WITNESSETH:
Thot in considerotion of the following covenonts, promises ond ogreements, it is ogreed
os follows between fhe porties:
I. Porry of the second port ogrees to revise, compile ond codify the ordinonces of o
generol noture of the porty of the first port ond print 50 _copies of the some by the off-
set method on stondord I l/2 incies by I I inch poper stock ploced in sturdy leotherette covers
ond bound with not less thon l9 circulor steel rings for eose in hondling ond for durobility.
Soid copies tr: be provided in this copywriied method in order to loy flot when open ond in
use ond in order to focilitote odditions, deletions ond corrections os mdy be mode fro, time
to time by the porty of the second port ot the request of porty of the first porl;
2, lt is understood ond ogreed thot soid . 50 copies ore io be delivered complete
to porty of the first port by porty of the second port ninety (90) working doys from the time
of receipf of the complete file of generol ordinonces, from soid porty of the first port, which
file sholl be delivered to porty of the second port by porty of the first port not more ihon 60
doys from the dote of signing of this Agreement;
3. Porty of the first port hereby ogrees to poy, upon deiivery of soid 50 copies of
