capacity for you, to asslst in settlng up the bond lssue 1n auch

You agroe to employ Burchan & Blalr, nunlcipal bond attorneyo
of Spokane, Washlngton, to prepare the bond electlon proceedlngs,
and to further prepare and approve the proceedlngs lncldent to thc
lsguance of those bonds, and to render their flnaL approvlng optn-
lon ar,, to the legallty of the bonds.

bioned below, when and only when the Ctty of }lerldlan received the
