WE, the undersigned, owners of real property which will
be benefiLted by the construction of a sewer disposal system
within tshe boundaries of the City of ltleridian, Ada County, Idaho,
do hereby petition the Mayor and Council of said city to take
all necessary steps as soon as practicable to finance and con-
struct a sewer disposal system that will direc|ly benefit all
of the land contained in the city linj-ts of said city not now
served by such system.
