cent to the followlng described property do hereby petition request
ing the City Council to vacate and abandon the alley-way more
particularly described as follows:
That certai.n alley-way in Block eight (8) of Nidayt5Addition to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,running North and South and bordered by State Street,Carlton Avenue, West First Street and Meridian Street.
This petition is to request the abandonnent of the above des-
crj.bed aIley for the reason that it is not used and never has been
