PENNSYLVANIA SALT MANUFACTURING COMPANYEuyer OF ASHING TON, Seller
Title to all Chlorine containers is at all times vesled in the Seller regardless of payment or non-paymenl of de-
posil charge or chargcs. Buyer is responsible for loss or damage lo contoiners while in Buyer's possession to
the extenl of $25.00 for each 100-pound or lSGpound cylinder. Chlorine cylinders will be Eilled bv the Seller
on Memorandqm lnvoice unless containers are lo bE retoined in excess of ninety days, in which event deposit
vill be invoiced and will be due and payable, same ac for Chlorine. Upon return of conlainers after the ninety-
day free-use period, Seller will refund deposit or deporils, less a rental charge o{ $1.00 per month per cylindir
and less cost o{ repairs and replacements due to damage beyond ordinary wear and tear as delermined by
Seller.

of this contract caused by any contioge[cy beyond its reasoooble contlol, irrespective of the aature thereof. Upo!
tbe happening of aoy such contsngency and at the option of either party the total quantities to be delivered
hereundir may be reduced by the smounta so afiected but the conract shall otberwise remaiu unafected. During
aoy such contingency Seller may apportioD its available supply among its customers and itself ia 6uch toanaer
and make dellvery at such time6 as it may determine and in no event shall Seller be Iiable Ior coneequential
damages for delay in deJivery or iaconplete fulfitLoeat of this contract.
2. Seller may at aoy trme after thrs contract is sigoed revirc any price or pric6 or terEs herein specifed
on January lst, April lst, July lst, or Octob€r lst of any year by giving written notice thereof to Buyer at
l€astt f,fteeD (15) days prior to the date on which the revised price o! prices or terrls ara to bc efiecive. If
Buyer ie unwilling to accep! the revised prict or prices or term6 specifed in such notice and so Dotides Seller
in writing prior to lhe efective date of changes, Seller shall be released of obligations to deliver and Buyer

with other substances. Seller's liability for any and all lossee and damages sustained by Buyer and othere, aris,
ine out of or by reason of this contracl, shall not exceed the purchase price of that portion of the product
upon which liabiLty fu foundedi and the failure to give nooce of claio n'ithin (30) days from date of del'very,
or the date 6xed {or delivery, whichever date occuG later, ehell consgtute a waiver by the Buyer of all daimsin resDect oI such products. Recommendations of Seller of atry apparatu.s are based upoo infontratioD or tests
