At the conclusion of this said meeting' I agreed to submit a report to you gentleren, with copies to other agencies involved, outlining the conditions and stipulations as has apparenLly been agreed upon by the various agencies. As the Countyts contribution to the Project,to: 1. Construct all irrigation and drainage they agreed culverts. 2. Perform the necessary subgrading of the street, both excavation and embanloent as may be needed. 3. Furnish and place the necessary gravel base to provide 4o-foot tldth fron outside to outside of gravel shoulder. a 4. Furnlsh and place a two-inch thick roadmix asphaltic mat 26 feet wide. 5. In areas where curb and SutEer is installed by others with a 44-foot width, face to face of curb, the county will furnish- and-place xhe 7-!/2 foot sErip of roadmix asphaltic pavi'ng from the edge of the 26-foot mat to the lip of the Eutter plate for 50 cents a running fooE' If this is done on both iides of the street, i.L will amount to $L.00 a running foot' -t CIVIt, MUNICIPAL AND HIGHWAY ENGINEERING LAND SURVEYING $h, I .JtrHNSON & UNDERKtrFLER, CONSULTING ENGINEERS. IO22 TWELFTH AVENUE SOUTH. NAMPA. IDAHO Hon. Mayor and Council Sept. 22, L9642 6. If the street is stil1 outside the corporateMeridian one year after the roadmix uat has been placed, the coat the asphalt surface. linits of County wil I seal : line has been curb and gutter ,.lOt 7. ConstrucEion stakes afler the initial center provided by others--does not include construction stakes forportion of the proj ect. The participation on this project by rhe City of Meri.dian and the School District are combined as follows: 1. profile design, and gutter. Must furnish all engineering such as field surveys, planright of way descriptions, aod construction staking for curb of an 8o-foot north from designed such some future The right of way to be provided will generally corrsist right of way for tlest Eighth Street except for the parcel running West Pine Avenue for 650 feet, more or less. This strip will be that the westerly 20 feet of lhe right of way can be provided at date wtren that property wishes to be developed. For information of the City and School District in providing financing for their portion of the project, I would estimate that the cost of curb and gutter construction and the additional paving width of 7-L/2 feet on each side of the 26-foot strip being paid for by the County would amount to a total cost of $5850. The total engineerlng costs for providing righL of way, surveys and descriptions, design plan and profile, center line control staklng and construction staking for curb and gutter through the school property would amounL to $1100. Assuming that the progrirm as outlined herein meets lrith the approval of all agencies involved, and the City and School District can properly provide the responsi-bilities for Eheir Portion of the projecEr it aPPears that this very worthwhile and needed imProvement can be made a reality. we are prepared to proceed with Ehe necessary engineeri.ng upon authorization by the City. 2. A11 right of way is to be furnished. 3. Curb and gutter is to be consEructed fhrough the high school property based on a Eypical section of 44 feet from face to face of curb. 4. A11 fences are to be moved frorn the construcEion zone. ...n\\ \7.JOHNSON & UNDERKOFLER, CONSULTING ENGINEERS. 1O22 TWELFTH AVENUE SOUTH. NAMPA. IDAHO Hon.
