Clty of llelidian, requi"ring licenses and regulating the sale of beer. That I
am over 21 years of age, a citizen of the United States, and have been a
bonafide resident of the State of ldaho for the period of one year and an a
bonafide resident of the County of Ada at the present tlmei and have not been
convicted of any Iaw regulating, governing, or prohibiting the sale of alcoholic
beverages or intoxicating liquors and that my place of business shall not contain
