Thls is a special meetlng of the Mayor and Council held at the cal-1 of the Mayor, after p€rsonal rritten notice thereof was given by the Clerk to each councilman, and the object of the meeting rra s subn:j.tted to the council- in rIltlng. Brown and seconded by Councilman W. Dean ltlaves that all rules requlrlng ordinances of general and permanent nature to be fu11y and distinctly read on three different days, be dispensed vith, and that such ordl,nance be placed upon 1ts final passage. Thereupon the Mayorondered the clerk to call the ro11 upon such motion and th6 ro11 call upon such motion was as follows: Those votlng Aye: Councllman: Willian S. Brown W. Dean Mayes Terry McGoldrick Absent: R. S. Anderson Those voting Nay: None The Mayor thereupon declared that the notion, having been duly passed by not Less than three-fourths of the councl1, had been duly carried and the Mayor thereupon approved the same. Anderson Those voting Nay: None The Mayor thereupon approved the ordlnance and decl-ared the ordinance to have been duly passed and lnstructed the clerk to number the ordinance number 111 . It was moved by Councilman Wj-1liam S. Brown and seconded by Councilman W. Dean Mayes that the Cferk of the City of Meridien be ordered to publish such Ordinance No. lU in fir1l lnmediately and in at l-east one issue of the News-Times, a news- paper published and of general circulation in the clty of Meridian Ada County, fdaho.
