I respectfully request the opportunity to be heard at the
June 2, 1998 City Counsel Meeting, to show the need
for a public hearing to review changing the restrictions
on the R4 zoning ordinance, for In-home Daycares, to
allow for Group Day Care - 6 to 12 children.
