CONSTRUCTING A SWIMMING POOL IN THE CITY OF MM.IDIAN, ADA COUNTY,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE }4AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COIJNTY, IDAHO:
WHEREAS, Ehe City of Meridian is interested in acquiring
lands or developing outdoor recreation facilities on the fol1ow-
ing described project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of saidCity of Meridian, and the StaEe of Idaho
Project description: Swimming Pool.
AND, Land and I{ater Conservation Fund Act financial assis-
tance is required for acquisiEion or development of said outdoor
recreation facilities ;
NOI^I, THEREF0RE, be iE resolved by the City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, that said City of Meridian does agree to obligate
the funds or services sEipulated below to satisfactorily cornplete
the following project and thus become eligible for Land and l^/ater
Conservation Fund Act financial aid of 50% of the estimated or
actual cosE, whichever is less;
NOW, THEREFORE, be iE resolved Ehat such project and funds
or services shaLl be authorized as follows:
