We respectfully subrnit the following request.
Due to the enlargi-ng of our present facilities and the growi-ng
need for off-street parklng, we are in the process of plami-ng
a:a adequate parking facility to the vrest of the building. This
Lot has been surveyed by the Engineering firm of Johnson Underkofler
and Briggs. It would include three l0r lots. fhe bid has been 1et
to Wright Construction Company and Me1 Coryell has had the lot
designetl to acconadate approxinately 42 cars. Our architectr Neal
Kolbor has uith a transitl shot the gradc so that the vater will
rutr toward Pine St. Phil Peterson has discussed with Neal Hudson
the necessity of making trro curb cuts for the purpose of allowing
cars access to the Iot arrd also for r,rater drainage. We hereby
request a perait from the City Cou-nci1 to make these curb cuts.
