rrl hereby certify that I have read and fully understand the rules and regulati.ons
of ordinance No. ]-1o1, ]-2O1 to f-214 Inclusive of ]-1101 to ]-IIO4 Irclusiyer City of
Meridian, requiring licenses and regulating the sale of beet. That I am over 21 years
of age, a citl-zen of the United States, and have been a bonafide resldent of the State
of Idaho for the period of J0 days and an a bonafide resident of the County of Ada at
the present timei and have not been convicted of a;ry law regulating, governing, or
prohiblting the sal-e of alcoholic beverages or intoxicatj-ng liquors and that my place of
Business sha1l not contain screens, boxes, staIls, or any roon on the premises where
beer j-s to be so1d. That I am aware of the minimun age for sale of Beet, and penalties
for violation of same.
That as a vender of packaged, bottled, or canned beerr not to be consuned on the
premises, I wilJ, supervise and make certain that no beer sball be consuned on these
prenisea or parklng l-ots uader ny control.
These prernisas shal1 be open to offj-cers of the United States, State of Idaho, or
City of Meridian when-ever occupied and 6hal1 not be open for sale of beer between the
hours of 1:OO orclock A.I1. and 7:0O ltclock A.M. and that I will uphold the laws of the
United States, State of Idaho, aad of Meridian at all tlmes. That I am faniliar with
location l-imitations as set up by the County, State and City of Meridiant and will
conply with any other special limitations as are in force or as may come about.rr
