and Superintendent, the Boise Junior College President and theAda County Commiss ioners.
Those attending unanimously approved the following motion:

Secti-on 1. Sections 6-JOl - 5-rOJ, Municipal Code, are her.eby repealed.
Section 6-[j-reuorks. 'ttr'irevorksrr shalI include blank cartridges, toy
pistolsl toy cannons, toy canes or toy guns in uhich explosives are used, fire
ba1Ioons, balloons of a type uhich heve burning naterial of any kind attached there-
to or which require fire underneath to propel theor firecrackers, torpedoes, sky-
rockets, rockets, Ronan candles, fountains, wheels, Dago bonbs, sparklers, and other
firevorks of llke construction and any firevorks coataining aEy conbustible or ex-
plosive substa:rcs for the purpose of producing a uisible or audible effect by con-
bustion, deflagratj-on, explosion or detonation.
'Exempted from this part are all toy pistols, toy cannons, toy canes and toy
gun6 and similar derrices such as pa-rty poppers or party favors in lrhich paper caps
contaiBing not more than tuenty-fi.ve hundredths (.25) graiDs of expLosive compound
per cap are used eurd such caps uhether single, ro1L, or tape type.

designated in the pernit. However, subject to reasontrble conditions necessary for
protecti-on of the publi-c health, safety and morals, an appllcant ray be granted per-nits.for rnore tha! one preoioee or location trltbin the City. No peruit sha1l be
transferable or assi gnable.
