In regard to the Application of E. J. RIESE for
Retail Beer License on the premises knowa as The Sport Shop
in Meridian, Idaho, the undersigned do hereby attest to the
fact that they are acquainted with the operators of said
business, to-wit: E. J. Riese and Dick Wallace; that they
have observed the manner of the operation of The Sport Shop,
and to their knowledge the business has always been conducted
in a 1ega1- and 1awful manner; that the premises, equipment,
etc. are maintained in a clean condition and that the patrons
of said business range from areas throughout Ada County and
conduct thernsel-ves in a lady and gentlemenllke manner.
The undersigned do request that the City Council
of M-ridian approve the Application for 1966 Retail Beer
Lieense as heretofore presented by The Sport Shop and said
