The Clerk informed the Mayor that filed, and that this number of protests two-thirds of the abutting, adjoining, protests had been constituted less than contiguous, and adj acent lots and lands within the proposed district. That the City Clerk mailed a copy of the Notice of Resolution and Notice of Hearing Protests to each owne r within the proposed District, and that an Affidavit of Mailing of Notice of Resolution of Intention to creaE said Local Improvement District No. I is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and that said Resolution of Intention passed by the City Council on 12 July, 1965, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
