Based upon the above estimate, the lifE station and associaLed costs
amount to approximately $10,000.
If the remaining $5,500 estimated cost of the ser,rer system to serve the
current proposed subdivision were an expense of the subdivider, the cost would be
approximately $240 per 1ot. Adding the current $80 per lot hook up charge to
each lot would make the sewer cost $320 per lot for that porEion of the sevrer to
be maintained by the public.
