5. tAxES AND ASSESSUETIIS: Llcensee herein agrees to

6. fIffURES AND IIIPROVEI{ENIS: Pursuant to the terlDs of this License

Agreement, Licensee shall prouptly remove all inProveoents and,/or
fixtures placed in said right-of-way by Licensee hereln at no cost
or exPense to Licensor.
Licensee herein agrees at the termination of this License Agreenent,
to return all premises as nearly es Practical to the condition that
sald premises were in Prior to any use thereby by Licensee ' Should
Licensee fail to prornptly rellove any imProveroents and/or fixtures uPon
said right-of-way at the termination of this license herein, and the
Licensor desireE to have said inProvements and/or fixtureE removed'
the Licensor may remove said inprovenents and/or fixtures and assess
Llcensee for the costs of removal of same. Licensee shall also be
1iable for all costs lncurred by Licensor to cause the ProPerty to
be returned to the same condition lt was Prlor to the grant of this
license.
It is furhter agreed that should Licensee not reDove said
ir0provenents and,/or fixtures located in the public right-of-way at
the termination of this License Agreement, that Licensee hereby disclailos
any interest or title to said improvements oi' fixtures left on said
property after the exPiration of the terID of this License AgreeEent,
and all inprovements and/or fixtures left on said ProPerty after the
termination of this License Agreement sha1l Pass to the '-icensor at
no cost to Licensor.

party shal1 pay attorney fees therein as are adjudged reasonable by
the Court.
