I strongly oppose this new proposal dealing with golf carts but including UTV's. Under Idaho law we have
rights to drive on certain roads as long as we meet certain requirements. We also have to purchase a
plate issue by the state. Many of us belong to clubs and other State organizations that participate in
community services like road clean up. I could go on and on but clearly it is easy to see that this proposal
make absolute no sense or is even Constitutional.
