Subject: Lupine Cove Subdivision/McFadden drain
Matt,
NMID does not want to have the pathways or pedestrian traffic from the Lupine Cove Subdivision directed out unto our
maintenance road for the McFadden drain. We have to have at least one side to work from, and we will work from the
south side of the McFadden drain, which is on the north and east side of that subdivision. That is why we are requiring
you to do “road improvements” to that maintenance side.
