The time period under the Ordinances of the City of Meridian for filing any objection to your
request for an accessory use permit for a Family Child Care Home (5 or fewer children) in your
home at 2619 N. Eureka Place, Meridian, has expired and there were no objections received by
the City of Meridian. The total number of children cared for during the day and not the number
of children at the facility at any one time is determinative. In addition, your request for an
accessory use permit for a home occupation to allow payroll and typing services met no
objections, and you are therefore approved.
Under provision 2-410-D.2 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian, your requests for
