Subject:Proposed UTV/ATV ordinance

Please add my voice to the record that I am OPPOSED to the proposed ordinance. There are plenty of additional
occasions in which it is appropriate to drive these vehicles on Meridian roadways. Some of these occasions include
driving to a nearby fuel station when refueling while trailered or by portable can is unreasonable/impossible or when
weather conditions prevent the use of one's typical road vehicle to get to school, employment, obtain supplies, etc.
Although I provided suggestions of additional reasons to allow for it, I do not believe an attempt at a list should be
attempted within the ordinance, I believe the ordinance shouldn't move forward in any form.
