of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2021 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications:
A-Team Land Consultants for Annexation and Zoning of 7.69 acres of land
with a request for the R-15 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 38
residential building lots and 10 common lots on approximately 4.69 acres of land in the
R-15 zoning district for Compass Pointe Subdivision (H-2020-0100), located at the
southwest corner of E. Victory Rd. and S. Locust Grove Rd.
