To whom it may concern,
I am against the new ordinances without more community input.
TITLE 7 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC CHAPTER 5 GOLF CARTS, ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES, AND UTILITY-
TYPE VEHICLES 7-5-1: DEFINITIONS: For the purposes of this chapter, these terms shall be defined as follows:
I have grocery shopped on my atv for 20 years and now your taking that way? Has someone been killed or hurt regarding
taking these vehicles on the roadways? or is this something you are trying to avoid. This is just another big city slam
against long time local residence taking away more and more privileges' and forcing long time residents out of the city of
Meridian.
I am is disagreement with these new ordinances because they have not been thought through properly and not
considered all communities involved. My atv is street legal according to the Ada county motor vehicle code. Licensed,
lights and a horn
This action will just add to the already disgusting air quality the counties and cities have located in the Treasure Valley.
