Good morning, Ms. Powell. This ordinance does not affect mobility scooters. The continued use of your mobility
scooter in the manner you have described would not be impacted by this ordinance in any way. Please contact me if
you have further questions. Thank you.

Thanks Charlene. Will someone advise me if this ordinance applies to mobility scooters used by us old folks?

I have a question regarding this proposed ordinance. I have a bum knee and ride a mobility scooter to and from
mailbox and to walk my dog. It's so low I use the ramps on the sidewalk to cross streets. My concern with this
ordinance relates to the issue faced by a lot of elderly and that is transportation. I don't go out of my subdivision but
have thought about going to Costco using sidewalks which is still not near a busy street going in back way. Please don't
take away our ability to get around. Thanks
