"City of Meridian –
I have reviewed the draft ordinance concerning the use of golf carts, ATV and UTV vehicles on Public Rights-
Of-Ways. I respectfully request the ordinance be modified to allow golf carts on Public Rights-Of-Way within
our subdivisions. As currently written, I would be prohibited from driving my golf cart from my home to the
Bridgetower club house and pool which would be a shame not being able to take my daughter and
Grandaughter this way. I am a law abiding citizen and enjoy this mode of transportation in my neighborhood. I
suggest amending Section 7-5-2 (D) of the ordinance to allow golf carts on Public Rights-Of-Way within
Bridgetower subdivision and also Losha Falls which connects my neighborhood to Spurwig golf course. Thank
you for your consideration."
