We can always just say the “SpurWing Community” which encompasses all of those including SpurWing Heights. You
can’t actually access the club from the heights without driving through these other subdivisions.

Transportation Commission, as well as with City Council should they consider this matter in the future.
The Transportation Commission will discuss this topic at the February 1 Commission meeting. You can view
upcoming agendas of the Transportation Commission at this link.

“The Meridian Transportation Commission will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Monday, February
1, 2021, at 3:30PM regarding adoption of an ordinance limiting the operation of ATVs and UTVs on
Meridian streets”
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you today to suggest an amendment to the above proposed ordinance.
In reference to the following paragraph:
D. Residents of Spurwing Heights subdivision shall be allowed to operate golf carts to travel within the subdivision,
which is located north of Chinden Boulevard, between N. Black Cat Road and N. Ten Mile Road.
As a representative of The Club at SpurWing, we would also like to include the following subdivisions within the
SpurWing community on the “exception” list before the hearing:
SpurWing Greens
SpurWing (original)
SpurWing Estates
SpurWing Challenge Estates
