I would like to officially submit my comment on this matter. I am a Meridian resident and I believe that as long as the
vehicle is licensed for roadway use, there should be no additional limits placed on them. I do not have an ATV or UTV,
but I believe if the driver is complying with all current regulations and laws, they should be able to drive on city streets.
Please don't fall into the habit of limiting otherwise-legal behaviours -- this is what we complain the federal gov't does
too much of, and this is what we complain the state legislature does too much of.
