Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tseng:
I appreciate your input in our various discussions regarding a possible resolution
of your previous objections to our pending Olive Tree annexation application.
Based upon your last conversations with my attorney, Mark Freeman, it is my
understanding that you have offered that in "change for the sum of $15,000 (the cost of
a wrought iron fence between your lot and the emergency access road), paid to you upon
the approval of our pending application by the City of Meridian, you will no longer
request me to construct the fence, and you and your wife will withdraw all of your
objections to our pending application.
I am writing to notify you that I accept your offer, and agree to pay the $15,000
immediately upon our receipt of the approval of our application by the City of Meridian.
Obviously, whoever ultimately constructs the fence would be required to obtain all of the
necessary approvals of the homeowner's association, etc.
Thanks again for your efforts to reach a resolution of this matter.
Sincerely,
Spurwing Corporation

Sonya:
Jock met with Tony Tseng and he indicated they did not want shrubs next to the property line. Tony told Jock they want
a wrought iron fence on the west side of their existing trees and shrubs. Jock has agreed to provide the fence and had
South update their plan and remove the shrubs.
Jock and Mark Freeman followed up with Tony on the fencing and Tony indicated he wants the fence and he has put his
home on the market. There is a realty sign in front of the home.
I will email you the updated plan.

Hi Becky,
Do you have an updated landscape plan for landscaping between the Tseng property and the access road that the
Tseng’s have agreed on? If so, I need it asap please.
