The Public Works Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
January 3, 2006 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's consideration:
2006 Ten Mile Relief Sewer Proiect. One bid was received for this project as summarized
below and detailed in the attached spreadsheet:

Bodiford Construction, Inc.
$96,700.00
This project consists of construction of approximately 1150 L.F. of 8" pressure sewer main,
fittings, connections to existing sewer manhole, air\vac manholes, concrete driveway
approaches, surface restoration, traffic control, temporary and permanent paving, gravel
roads, and other related and miscellaneous work.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council approves the contract for the 2006 Ten Mile Sewer Relief
Project, with Bodiford Construction, Inc. for $96,700 and authorize the Mayor
to sign it.
