The Company.
WITNESSETH
It is understood and agreed between the parties that a thorough inspection of the tank and supporting
structure revealed the repairs and painting outlined in the following paragraph to be necessary and
essential.
It is further agreed between the parties that The Company will do the following repairs and painting upon
said tank for the price hereinafter stated.

This coating will pass U. S. Government Board of Health test as being non-toxic and is approved by all Ste
Boards of Health. All coatings to be furnished by The Company.

Guarantee — The Company warrants to the Tank Owner all workmanship and material used in the per-
formance of this contract for a period of (3) three years, and agrees to make prompt adjustments to repairs,
coating and, or painting upon notice from the Tank Owner to Water Tower Service Company, P. O. Box
767, Hamilton, Texas, that such adjustments are needed. All emergency service will be performed with-
out charge. ��11
Terms of Payment — Tank Owner agrees to pay The Company the total sum of ___9�!_� a upon
satisfactory completion of the above work. This shall be full payment for all work performed. Make checks
payable to Water Tower Service Company and give to The Company's foreman upon completion.
Tank Owner agrees to furnish 110 volt electric current to perform the above work.
The Company agrees to carry workmens compensation and contractors public liability insurance.
The Company reserves the right to install outlets in the tanks for ventilation and safety purposes.
The Company agrees to remove all trash and waste material from around the tank and will leave the
premises clean and orderly.
No verbal agreements or representations not incorporated in this contract shall be binding on either party.

Dear Mayor Storey:
This letter will constitute a renewel of the agreement for
the continuing of the cooperative public health program between
the City of Meridian and the City -County Health Department for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, and ending December 31, 1967.
The amount of participation in the public health budget for the
City of Meridian shall be $500.00. The services rendered for
your consideration shall consist primarily of the enforcement of
the Meridian City Ordinance relative to restaurants and other
food establishments.
Three copies of this letter are submitted to you so that
you may retain one copy, one may be retained in the files of the
City -County Health Department, and one which we will submit to
the State Department of Health for their files.

WATER INSTALLATION WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDIAN.

5-122: CHARGES FOR WATER AND INSTALLATION: The charges for
water shall be as follows: In all cases, the minimum charge
shall be $1.50 per month for Residential use and x¢1.80 per month
for non-residential and business use.

In case a water meter fails to register correctly the water used,
the customer shall pay for the water on the basis of the average
reading of meter for the previous tiaree months. Water meter
installation charges shall be as follows:
For all meters installed, the charge shall be the cost of the meter
plus the installation costw All installed meters shall be the
property of the City of Meridian.
