For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged by the parties, KS MERIDIAN LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
(hereinafter "Grantor"), does hereby release and forever quitclairn unto KS MERIDIAN LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, ("Grantee"), with a current address of 80 W. Cottonwood
Court, Suite 100. Eagle, Idaho 83616, all right, title and interest which Grantor now has in the
following described real property situated in Ada County, State ofIdaho:

A parcel of land located in the East One Half of the Northwest One Quarter of the Northwest
One Quarter of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section Comer common to Sections 7, 81 17 and 18 of said Township 3
North, Range I East;
Thence South 89'56'56" East a distance of 1,322.91 feet (forinerly described as 1,323.04 feet)
on the Section Line common to said Sections 8 and 17 to the West One Sixteenth Section Comer
common to said Sections 8 and 17;
Thence South 00'27'57" West a distance of 48.00 feet on the north -south 1/16th Section line of
the Northwest One Quarter of said Section 17 to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of
East Franklin Road, and said point being on the westerly boundary line of Greenhill Estates
Subdivision, as same is shown on the plat thereof recorded in Book 35 of Plats at Page 3000 of
Ada County Records, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
