A parcel of land located in the East One Half of the Northwest One Quarter of the Northwest
One Quarter of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section Corner common to Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18 of said Township 3
North, Range 1 East;
Thence South 89°56’56” East a distance of 1,322.91 feet (formerly described as 1,323.04 feet)
on the Section Line common to said Sections 8 and 17 to the West One Sixteenth Section Corner
common to said Sections 8 and 17;
Thence South 00°27’57” West a distance of 48.00 feet on the north-south 1/16 th Section line of
the Northwest One Quarter of said Section 17 to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of
East Franklin Road, and said point being on the westerly boundary line of Greenhill Estates
Subdivision, as same is shown on the plat thereof recorded in Book 35 of Plats at Page 3000 of
Ada County Records, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 00°27'57" West a distance of 685.99 feet on said 1/16th line and westerly
boundary line;
Thence North 89°31'27" West a distance of 330.88 feet to a point on the westerly
boundary line of Parcel B, as shown on Record-of-Survey Number 10180 of Ada County
Records;
Thence North 00°28'33" East a distance of 683.54 feet on the westerly boundary line of
Parcel B and Parcel A of said Record-of-Survey Number 10180 to a point on the southerly
right-of-way line of East Franklin Road;
Thence South 89°56'56" East a distance of 330.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 5.200 acres more or less.

recorded in Book 81 of Plats at Page 8764 of Ada County Records and said point also being
the southeast corner of Parcel B as shown on Record-of-Survey Number 10180 of Ada
County Records;
Thence North 89°57'55" West a distance of 330.99 feet on the northerly boundary line of
said Snorting Bull Subdivision – Phase 1 and the southerly boundary line of said Parcel B of
Record-of-Survey Number 10180 to the southwest corner of said Parcel B;
Thence North 00°28'33" East a distance of 597.47 feet on the westerly boundary line of
said Parcel B;
Thence South 89°31'27" East a distance of 330.88 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
