Property Boundary Adjustment | PN 114149
Dear Planning Dept,
Keylock Franklin Road Storage is requesting a Property Boundary Adjustment on their 2 parcels on
Franklin Road to correct a discovered building encroachment issue on the 1975 E. Franklin Road parcel
onto to their adjoining property at 1985 E. Franklin Road. The two Assessor’s Parcel Numbers affected
are S1117223055 (1975 E. Franklin) and S1117223115 (1985 E. Franklin). The current property line on
the 1975 E. Franklin Road parcel is proposed to be moved 2.0 feet to the South to place the current
Storage Unit Building on the 1975 E. Franklin Road property. Both parcels are owned by the same entity
and both are Zoned C-G.
