NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue,Meridian,Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on
Thursday,February 4,2021 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
A&C Ventures,LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
expanded business hours for a drive-through coffee shop for
Human Bean(H-2020-0125),located at 3285 W.Nelis Dr.
Breckon Land Design for Annexation of a total of 40.48
acres of land with R-2(10.66 acres)and R-4(29.82 acres)zon-
ing districts and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 50 buildable
lots and 10 common lots on 39.01 acres of land in the R-2 and
R-4 zoning districts for Shafer View Terrace (H-2020-0117),
located on the east side of S. Meridian Rd./SH 69, midway
between E.Amity Rd.and E.Lake Hazel Rd.
Cole Architects for a Conditional Use Permit for a
30,000+/-square foot residential care facility on 3.86 acres of
land in a C-G zoning district for Northpoint Recovery Cen-
ter(H-2020-0126),generally located east of N.Webb Ave.be-
tween E.State Ave.and E.Pine Ave.
Gem State Planning, LLC for Annexation of 23 acres of
land with a request for the R-8 zoning district;a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 85 building lots and 31 common lots on 35.7
acres of land in the proposed R-8 zoning district and exist-
ing R-15 zoning district;and a Conditional Use Permit for a
multi-family development consisting of a total of 216 residen-
tial units on 12.74 acres in the existing R-15 zoning district for
Foxcroft Subdivision (H-2020-0113), located directly west of
Ten Mile Road, on both sides of the proposed Pine Avenue
extension and east of the Tenmile Creek.
Kent Brown Planning for a Preliminary Plat for six(6) in-
dustrial lots on 43.87 acres of land in the I-L zoning district
for Chewie Subdivision (H-2020-0120), located at 2490 W.
Franklin Road and the lot directly north.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
way Ave,Suite 104,Meridian,ID,83642;by email to cityclerk@

"Comment"to 31996.All testimony and materials received or

a weekly newspaper published in the State of Idaho;
that the said newspaper is in general circulation in the
said county of Ada, and in the vicinity of Meridian,
Idaho and has been uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy -eight consecutive
