To Mayor and Council,
Its unfortunate that I’m writing this to you this evening, for whatever reason I never received notice of these hearings prior to December so I was completely
unaware that they even had a P&Z meeting. And I’m currently suffering from Covid and I simple exhaust too much towards the evenings to even attend a zoom
meeting. We had a meeting today via team meeting with the parties to try and resolve sewer issues, unfortunately there simple wasn’t sufficient time to address
my issues.
In short as some of you may recall I developed the entire master plan for Southridge and built the realigned Overland road. I current own the only out parcel
from the remainder of Southridge and I’m concerned that my access to sewer may be hindered without further discussions. I in no way want to slow Southridge
process towards approval I simply don’t want backed in a corner.
Again I’m sorry that the timing of this and my issues with Covid.
