Please do not put apartments on Overland Road in this location. This area is gridlock at rush
hours.
Especially with the additional signal that is sure to follow. The road backs up from Eagle to Locust
Grove.
Cars are in the intersection when the light changes. It is sometimes difficult to get across Overland
to the other side of Locust Grove heading north.
As I'm sure you know, the traffic is only going to get worse.
