RE: Ascent Subdivision
Final Plat Submittal
Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
On behalf of T&M Holdings LLC,this letter is to accompany the Final Plat submittal for
the Ascent Subdivision. The annexation and preliminary plat were approved by City
Council on July 7, 2020 (H-2020-0039).
The submitted final plat on 4.97 acres for 42 building lots and 12 common lots in an R-15
zone substantially conforms to the Annexation, Preliminary Plat, and Development
Agreement (#2020-110269)recorded for the site and meets all the requirements thereof.
Houston-Bugatsch Architects will be submitting a Design Review application for the
project.
The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC
and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
