Administrator of the City of Meridian an application for an Accessory Use Permit for the
operation of a Family Child Care for five or fewer children out of her home at 2531 N.
Larchmont Avenue, Meridian, Idaho. Comments, either objecting or approving, said
application must be filed with the Zoning Administrator within fifteen (15) days after the
publication of this notice and shall be addressed to Shari Stiles, Zoning Administrator,
City of Meridian, 200 East Carlton, Suite #201, Meridian, Idaho. If there are objections
filed within the time allowed, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall hold a public
hearing on the application, after proper notice, and may grant or deny the application
after making and adopting Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
