Good afternoon, we would like to have a couple comments entered and addressed for this project.
1. We are the property owners directly to the South of the proposed subdivision. The current preliminary plans
and development agreement seem to show Aviator (collector roadway) still running at our Northernmost

property line. It is currently shown running thru the Compass property with a dead end at our North West
property corner. The plans are deceiving and we would like some clarification. If Aviator continues on the
path that it is currently on, it would have to run across a portion of our North property. Will Aviator be adjusted
around this and will a revised preliminary plan be issued?
2. We are also the points of contact for the irrigation on the Marvin Lateral with the Nampa Meridian Irrigation
District. There is an existing irrigation ditch that runs East-West at our Northern property line, on the property
that is now the Aviator Subdivision. How will this irrigation ditch be addressed? It is used occasionally as an
overflow for the irrigation water to get to BlackCat. What are the plans for this irrigation ditch and how will it
be addressed?
