We don’t have those as-builts for the seepage bed related to the Ten Mile Rd. widening. This was outside of our project boundaries and scope. What we have shown on our plans, is what was designed by
their engineers that they shared with us.
How do you want to go about resolving this?

This plan doesn’t appear to be the as-built…it appears to not include the Ten Mile widening.

I’ve reviewed the ALT application you submitted and don’t see that any conditions exist that would warrant approval of such, per UDC 11-5B-5B.2, as follows:
In order to grant approval for an ALT application, the Director has to determine the following:
Relocation of the existing 6’ solid wood fence along Ten Mile Rd. to the common lot line between Lots 8 & 9 as shown on the approved landscape plan would rectify the issue and be consistent with the
approved plan (attached). The fence between Lots 8 & 9 was constructed as wrought iron when it should have been solid wood. If you want to pursue the ALT application rather than making the changes in
the field, please revise your narrative to address which sections of code you’re requesting ALT from, what conditions exist that warrant such and how the proposed alternative compliance meets the
required findings.
