SATISFACTION OF WARRANTY SURETY AGREEMENT
and RELEASE OF WARRANTY SURETY

KGA DEVELOPMENT, LLC.
And
CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Warranty Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument# 2019-008558, entered by and between the
City of Meridian ("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and KGA DEVELOPMENT, LLC.
("Developer"), has been satisfied in accordance with the City's requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer's letter confirming completion of all the required Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the City's consent to release o warranty surety.

We hereby also consent to the release of the Warranty 8uneh/ being held by the City during the
term ofthe warranty period and satisfaction of that certain Warranty Surety Agreement dated
February 01 2019 and recorded as Ado County Instrument No. 2019-000558. The City will
