Northeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found 1/2-inch rebar marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, thence following the northerly
boundary line of said Lot 4 the following two (2) courses:
1. N74°24'32"E a distance of 118.20 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;
2. N90°00'00"E a distance of 63.53 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;
Thence leaving said northerly boundary line, N00°00'00"E a distance of 13.43 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;
Thence N58°40'26"E a distance of 25.99 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar;
Thence N90'00'00"E a distance of 131.53 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner said Lot 7;
Thence following the westerly boundary line of said Lot 7, N00°00'00"E a distance of 55.20 feet to a set 5/8-inch
rebar;
Thence leaving said westerly boundary line, N90°00'00"E a distance of 185.61 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar;
Thence N00°14'00"E a distance of 210.81 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar on the southerly right-of-way line of W.
Overland Road;
Thence following said southerly boundary line, N89°46'25"E a distance of 148.73 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar
marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 8;
Thence leaving said southerly right-of-way line and following the easterly boundary line of said Lot 8, S00°00'00"E
a distance of 293.54 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary line and following the southerly boundary line of said Lot 8, N90°00'00"W a
distance of 51.85 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 3;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary line and following the easterly boundary line of said Lot 3, S00°00'00"E a
distance of 373.81 feet to a set brass plug on the northerly right-of-way line of E. Tarpon Drive and marking the
Southeast corner of said Lot 3;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary line and following said northerly right-of-way line the following two (2)
courses:
1. N73°24'00"W a distance of 115.89 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar;
2. 270.16 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 687.00 feet, a delta
angle of 22°31'53", a chord bearing of N84°39'56"W and a chord distance of 268.42 feet to a found 1/2-
inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 4;
Thence leaving said northerly right-of-way line and following the westerly boundary line of said Lot 4 the following
two (2) courses:

2. N84°06'38"W a distance of 160.05 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar on the easterly right-of-way line of S.

Thence following said easterly right-of-way line the following three (3) courses:
